LED display like as other items, during the use, there are some main points that we need pay attention to them.
1. Anti-static.
LED display assembly plant should have good anti-static measures, including special anti-static floor, antistatic soldering pen, antistatic radio pad, anti-static ring,anti-static garment and equipment grounding (especially cut foot machine) and so on are the basic requirements. And we need use the static instrument to test periodically.
2. Design current value. The nominal current of the LED 20 ma, general advice is that current no more than 80% of the nominal value. Due to the poor heat dissipation condition, you should also reduce the current value. According to experience, due to different attenuation speed of red, green and blue, reduce blue, green LED's current value in order to keep the led screen consistency of the white balance
after long time .
3. Thermal design.
LED will hot when they work. High temperature will affect the attenuation speed and stability of the LED. So the heat dissipation of PCB design, the enclosure ventilation cooling design will affect the performance of the LED.
4. Drive circuit design.
On the display module driver circuit board driver IC configuration will also affect the LED brightness.

5. Keep good control for verticality lamp.
