Matters needing attention for LED display installation
Outdoor LED display area is larger. The steel structure design considers the basis, wind load, earthquake, waterproof, dustproof, environment temperature, lightning protection, and many other factors. Power distribution cabinet, air conditioning, axial flow fan, lighting and other auxiliary equipment are put in the steel structure. It also needs parkway, ladders and maintenance facilities. The whole outdoor screen conforms to IP65 protection class.
(1)Screens installed in outdoor, exposed to the sun and rain, the wind blows and dust cover.
The work environment is bad. Electronic equipment is wet or seriously be affected with damp which will cause a short circuit or even fire. It will cause losses.
(2)LED screen may be attacked by high voltage and strong magnetic form thunder and lightning.
(3)The environment temperature changes greatly. Displays itself will generate a certain amount of heat when they are working. If the environment temperature is too high and
heat dissipation is bad, integrated circuit may not work properly, even burned which cause
the display system cannot work normally.
(4)Vision is far and wide. The change of the ambient light is large. Especially may be direct sunlight.
For the above special requirements, Outdoor screen installation must be done
(1)Screen and the screen and the integration of a building must be strictly waterproof and leak proof. Screen body should have good drainage measures. So that smooth discharge in the event of water.
(2)Install the lightning protection device on the led display and building. Keep good grounding screen main body and the shell. Keep a good grounding for display body and the shell. Grounding resistance is less than 3 ohm, which can discharge large current caused by thunder and lightning in a timely manner.
(3)Install ventilation cooling equipment, make the screen body temperature between - 10 ℃ to 40 ℃. The LED screen install axial flow fan on the back which discharge quantity of heat.
(4)Choose working temperature between - 40 ℃ ~ 80 ℃ of industrial-grade integrated circuit chips, to prevent the winter temperature is too low to make display cannot start.
(5)With the direct sunlight, dustproof, waterproof, prevent heat, and prevent short circuit "five prevention" characteristics.
